KB Sport Manager — Effective April 6, 2026

We built KB Sport Manager as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

Email address (required for authentication via email/password or Google Sign-In)

Profile information (voluntarily provided)

Name, country, age, weight, gender, experience level, sport rank

Training data

Session results including repetitions, sets, duration, exercise type, and weight used

AI coach conversations

Messages you send to the NikolAI coach are processed in real time via the Google Gemini API to generate responses. Chat history is stored locally on your device only and is not saved on our servers.

Camera data

The app accesses your device camera for pose detection and repetition counting. All image processing happens locally on your device using MediaPipe. No images or video are transmitted to or stored on any server.

2. How We Use Your Information

Authenticate your account and provide access to the app
Store and display your training history and progress
Personalize AI coaching responses based on your profile and conversation
Count repetitions via on-device pose detection

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase Authentication (Google) — handles sign-in and account management
Firebase Firestore (Google) — stores user profiles and training results
Google Gemini API — processes AI coach conversations in real time

These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

4. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes
We do not store camera images or video on any server
We do not track your location
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking tools

5. Data Security

We value your trust and strive to protect your personal information. Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in Google's Firebase infrastructure, which provides industry-standard security measures. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data and training history are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email address below.

7. Children's Privacy

KB Sport Manager is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
