KB Sport Manager — Effective April 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KB Sport Manager application and the kbsport.app website (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Gaby Beiserman ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

KB Sport Manager provides training tools, AI coaching suggestions, and rep-counting features for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional coaching. Kettlebell training carries inherent risks. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any training program. You assume all risk associated with your training. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of the Service.
The Service uses your device camera to count repetitions on-device. Pose detection results are estimates and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying your own results.
NikolAI is an AI-powered assistant that generates suggestions based on the information you provide. Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. NikolAI does not replace a qualified human coach. Use its suggestions at your own discretion.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. Paid features (e.g., a future "Pro" plan) may be introduced; pricing and terms for any paid features will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe. We may change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice for active subscribers.
You retain ownership of training results, profile information, and shared content you submit. By choosing to share content (e.g., publishing to a leaderboard or sharing a competition card), you grant us a limited, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service to other users.
The Service, including software, design, brand, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting) and the Google Gemini API (AI coach). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued operation becomes impractical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, liability limits, intellectual property) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pose detection or AI responses will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated effective date will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
