Refund Policy

KB Sport Manager — Effective May 2, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions to KB Sport Manager (the "Service"), provided by Gaby Beiserman ("we", "us", "our"). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), and Paddle handles refund disbursement once a request is approved.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or affects any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive or UK consumer law). If your local law grants you stronger refund rights than those described here, those rights apply.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in suspension of the associated account pending review. We will work in good faith to resolve any payment dispute.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated effective date will be posted at the top of this page. Subscriptions purchased before a change will continue to be governed by the policy in force at the time of purchase.
